Cloud AI sends your data to data centres — often in the US or China. There, however, not only the providers but potentially also government agencies have access.
The artificial intelligence and knowledge bases from AImighty run on your own hardware, in your own premises. No cloud, no third parties, no external access.
This is GDPR compliance by design — without additional contracts, consent forms or data protection audits.

You receive a fully configured system that we commission on-site with you. We train your employees in line with the EU AI Act requirements and deliver the required documentation.
In short: you receive everything needed for the initial commissioning.
We prepare the AI-Server in our own facilities and deliver the fully configured system to you.
We come to your site and integrate the system into your IT infrastructure.
We train you on how documents are ingested and prepared in the system, and fine-tune the system based on your requirements.
All employees who will work with the system receive training on general AI usage and onboarding into the specific AImighty applications.

Yes, and that is not a matter of interpretation but of location. The AI-Server sits in your network. The language model runs on it, your documents are on it, the processing happens on it. There is no cloud connection through which anything could leave, and no account with a third party that reads along.
The difference becomes very concrete in one place: a cloud service processes your bids, cost estimates and personnel files on someone else's servers. A local system does not.
There is no per-query fee, no user licences and no subscription. You buy the AI-Server once; using it costs nothing afterwards — regardless of how much you work with it.
Included are two updates per year and security updates as needed. Anything beyond that — extensions, customisations, additional training — runs through service days that you commission individually.
In the event of a total failure we will get in touch within 48 hours and have five business days for resolution. The exact response tiers by urgency are listed above under "What happens after purchase".
For the two most common causes there are accessories: an uninterruptible power supply that shuts down in an orderly manner during a power failure, and an external drive for automatic data backup.
Not for operation. Anyone who can use a search box and a chat can operate the system — that is what the training days are for, and they are included in the price.
For day-to-day operation we need someone on your side who can let us into the network and knows where the existing systems are. We onboard that person during integration and hand over the complete system documentation. That can also be an external service provider.
Yes. It is your AI-Server and you have full sovereignty over it. What you lose is the support: as long as the software is unmodified, the status is Standard with agreed response times. The moment you intervene yourself, the status becomes Modified — then we help against service days, but without guaranteed times.
This is not a threat but a boundary. We cannot guarantee times for a system we do not know.
There are two paths, and both are in the initial contract. The upgrade to the next product has a fixed price that is valid for 18 months from signature — no renegotiation and no second round of installation and training.
If the compute power is not enough, a second device is added. That brings more performance — and one takes over when the other is down. Both prices are listed under "What it costs".
There are two updates per year, in summer and winter, plus security updates as needed. A locally operated model therefore does not age faster than a hosted one — it just ages visibly, because you know the date.
The difference in the other direction is more important: a cloud provider can retire or replace a model, and you notice it in changed answers. With you, nothing changes before you apply it.
AImighty started in 2026. We do not yet have customer names we are allowed to mention — and we do not put together a list that does not exist.
What we disclose instead is on this page: all prices, including the upgrade prices, the delivery scope with every service day, and the response times. You can check what you get before you speak with us. That is more than most providers show before the first meeting.
