Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by AImighty (Marc Bayer, Wietacker 10, 21406 Melbeck) in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), including hardware supply, software, and consulting services.

2. Contract formation

A contract is formed upon written confirmation of the order. The specifications agreed upon in the offer are binding for both parties.

3. Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Prices are net; VAT is added where applicable.

4. Delivery and commissioning

The AI-Server is delivered fully configured. Commissioning, training, and documentation are included in the fixed price.

5. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. Two software updates per year and security patches are included for the first two years.

6. Data protection

All data processing takes place on the customer's premises. No data leaves the customer's network. See our privacy policy for details.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages in cases of intent, gross negligence, or breach of a cardinal duty.

8. Final provisions

Governing law is German law. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of AImighty, insofar as the statutory jurisdiction does not apply.
