Privacy Policy

This website is operated by AImighty, Marc Bayer, Wietacker 10, 21406 Melbeck, Germany.

Data collected

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The contact form transmits the data you enter (name, company, email, message) to our email provider for delivery.

Contact form

The form data is transmitted via Resend (a US-based email delivery service) and stored on our email server. The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Visitor counting

We count page views ourselves, on our own hosting and without any third-party analytics service. We store the date, the page, the hostname of the referring site and whether a form was sent — never your IP address or browser details, and nothing is stored on or read from your device. To tell apart the visitors of a single day we use a one-way value derived from the date, your IP address, your browser string and a secret salt; it cannot be reversed and differs the next day. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, we do not count your visit.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at impressum@aimighty.de.

Server logs

The web server stores log files (IP address, date, requested page) briefly for security purposes. These logs are not linked to individual persons.
